How much exercising a week is too much? Im so motivated after loosing my first 15..and i want to loose more. I vary my exercise lengths when i work out at home..so on average i hit the gym 3 a week for 45mins, and then do a dvd at home 2 days, 40 mins and 30 mins...is this too much
my body feels fine, and im eating all my food..what do u think?

Exercise an amount that you can sustain and enjoy. 30-40 min 4-5 days a week is plenty. Just walking is plenty---more may burn more calories, but just moving is enough to keep your metabolism revved up. Be sure you're keeping your JCC updated with your amount of activity; otherwise you could find yourself eating too little and your metabolism actually slowing down.

I started JC in August 2010 and hit goal 110 lbs later in December 2011. I'm now living a wonderful new life that is balanced with a daily focus on mindful eating, activity, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I do some type of exercise everyday. More some days, less others. I just work it in when I have free time. Sitting on the couch watching TV and in front of a computer is what got me here. So my goal is always to keep moving. I am at goal now, and finished my year of maintenance, and have never felt better. I don't leave the dinner table feeling stuffed, and am able to climb stairs and hills without huffing and puffing. That is as good as wearing my new clothes.
