Need help choosing what to eat

Have a dinner planned with friends on Tuesday. The only things on the menu that I think I could eat are either:
Grilled shrimp over tossed salad or 1 grilled chicken breast and steamed veggies. Which would be the better choice?

Personally, I would go with the chicken and veggies unless you are bringing your OWN salad dressing. For dining out, I like the salad dressing sprays because you can control the serving and lug it along in your purse. But, the chicken and veggies (for me) would be more satisfying.

I would love to suggest the shrimp, but too often, they are drowned in butter or olive oil before they go on the grill. The chicken and veggies are probably a safer choice! Have fun!

Ok, so I had the ckn & asparagus. I did fine with it but struggled a little when they brought my friend's steak and cheese sub and fries to the table. My food was actually good so I was happy about my choice.
