I am not unhappy in anyway concerning this program, I have had more success losing weight than I ever dreamed I would. These are just some suggestions that I think would make following the plan even easier and better for many clients. Thanks Jenny!!

1. I think the centers and JCC's should be more consistent. I read these forums and it amazes me how different it is across the board. It makes it difficult to compare with other clients if they are following the program even slightly different.

2. An app for iPhone and Android - seriously, it is time and I think you would have clients who would even pay for the app (assuming it wasn't ridiculously priced) to make it easy to track food, exercise and food exchanges. etc. I have seen numerous posts where people are using other apps/websites to help them track. I can't imagine using those silly paper menus - NO WAY!

3. Why can't I place my order online and send it ahead to my center? Wouldn't it make the sessions more efficient if the food was pulled ahead? Obviously home clients can do this, why not center clients? Yesterday the computers were slow AGAIN, and it took forever to just make the menu.

WI 18 -5.0 (Off track due to unexpected surgery, back on program)

I actually do this sometimes. If I'm in a rush, I will phone or fax my order in ahead of time and my JCC will have it waiting for me. Sometimes I go for my consult, order & pay for my food but pick it up on my way home from work. Ask your JCC, I bet she can work with you!
