I just started JC today. I spent $135 to be exact. I can't afford to spend that kind of money every week. So, after this week, l think l will only buy dinner and snacks. Problem is l love the toffee cookies. Does anyone know where l can find the same cookies? I alreadu checked at Luckys and Safeway with no luck.

If you plan to stay on JC, then you shouldn't be eating toffee cookies from the grocery store. smile.gif Also, if you joined at a Centre, they aren't going to let you pick and choose what meals you want to buy at Week 2. I didn't really understand that when I started, but the plan is designed so you eat JC food for EVERY meal and EVERY snack until you reach halfway to goal. Then you start getting more freedom and doing Meals on My Own (MOMO).

I did the personalized menu from day one. I ordered exactly what I wanted each week. I'm not really sure of anything comparable to the toffee cookies, though they are really good. But you can get them as often as you like each week. I alternate between the smoors bar and the cheesecake, those are ususally the only two that I order.

:/ Hope you stay longer.. I also struggle with the 135 a week, but honestly it seems like a lot because I'm used to cheap unhealthy diets.

I have spent more than a hundred bucks in one night just for me and my hubby to go out and eat and drink..so I think it's worth it!
Start Weight: 176.8
Current Weight: 166.6
GOAL: 146

Week 1: -1.8
Week 2: -4
Week 3: -.6 oz.
Week 4: -3.6
