I would recommend picking out what your looking forward to most and choosing that one splurge. For example, perhaps you could bring your Jenny chicken sandwich and some vegi/pineapple kabobs and toss them on the grill. Make some Jello salad with Fruit, Jello and fat free cool whip. With that menu you would still be %100 on your JC menu using your free and limited free foods for the BBQ and if you decide to have a beer you still have your 250 calorie splurge to work with! Keep in mind however that alcohol isn't tough because of the calories alone, your liver switches to burning through the alcohol when you drink and halts fat burning while its doing it so the more you have, the longer you will be putting fat burning on hold!
