Hey everyone i have had lost almost 30 pounds within the last few years. Started off with jenny craig went up to 25 pounds and then lost the last 5 pounds on my own. But recently (after 5 years) I have gain 10 stubburn pounds which are NOT going away.

I eat between 1200-1500 caloeries and excersise 2-3 times per week but it doesnt seem to be working...

Thus I am going back to jenny craig today and hope it would help.

Please give me your thoughts or let me know if you are also on the same boat with this issue.

Thanks

Change something. Change your exercise routine. Change your foods. Add fiber to your diet. Drink loads of water. When I could lose no more weight, I upped my exercise regimen. I exercised longer. I changed the type. Keep going! You can do this!

I was in exactly the same position as you. I had lost 45 lbs on JC and then kept it off for almost two years (within 2-5 lbs) but in the last few months the scale started to creep up.

I tried to do it on my own but for some reason it wasn't working so like you, I went back to Jenny and have lost about 5 lbs in the last few weeks. Sometimes you just need a change and even more structure.

Congrats on not waiting until you gained even more back before realizing you needed help from Jenny!

Let us know how it goes and if the program makes a difference. I'm sure you're going to do great because you already are disciplined. :)
