Goal for Challenge -174
I didn't make the number...but I did:
Join a gym -working out 5 times a week for an hour
Figure out a system to get in my water
Stay on plan - not one glass of wine this whole time.
Fit into outfits I have not worn in two years
I have come to terms with the fact that I am a slow loser but I can see the positive behavior changes, so that's a huge win!
