Indian Food & weight gain

This is one reason Jenny discourages eating out. You made that one meal most of your entire day's food, which is how some of us got here in the first place. I'm not saying you can't go out for Indian food. You just need to eat it with a plan for the rest of the day. Have much smaller portions, skip the dessert, and have a Jenny entree for dinner with veggies. This does two things: it evens out your blood sugar and it gets your brain back on program.
