My Consultant Dissed Me?

So my consultant never called me tonight! Has that ever happened to anyone? I stayed up late for the call (which is very tough for me--I have two very small children and would have loved to go to bed earlier), and i really look forward to my conversations with my consultant. I wish he would have informed me that he couldn't talk tonight somehow, but maybe it was an emergency, who knows. Am I supposed to contact customer service or something?

Man, I feel so deflated, I really wanted to tell him about my week! :-(

Unfortunately, I have read here on the forums about this happening quite a bit. I would suggest calling customer service tomorrow and giving them a heads up. I am sure you were looking forward to the consult...sorry! sad.gif

Also, why dont you ask your jcc if he can call earlier, that way you wont have to stay up and lose sleep.....just a thought.

before you complain or call customer service, I'd find out if he had an emergency... there could be a legitimate reason why he did not call. It could be any number of things. I hope he is ok and it all works out

This happened to me last week. My consultant called at the correct time the next night. We tried to identify what may have happened, but we couldn't figure it out. The appointments appear to be located in thier computer. As we all know, sometimes things disappear from a full outlook calendar, so I am sure it was just a glitch and she will get back on track this week. I also recommend calling customer service to let them know that this is happening.

My consultant sent me her email info and said to eamil her or call if I needed her. Emailed last week, never heard from her...
