Hello. Do you crave salt or sweet? Putting sea salt on crunchy veggies may help for salt. Fruit (especially berries) may help with sweet. If that doesn't do it for you & you're craving is for something sweet have a small piece of dark chocolate. I keep a bag of dark Hershey's kisses in the cabinet. I take out two or so pieces to do the trick and then I put the bag all the way into the back of the cabinet behind my Jenny food. I've done this for my TOM for last two months and nothing extra shows up on the scale. I only do it twice or so during that time each month though, not every day.
