I have been on the body media program since February and although I have lost 20 pounds I don't feel I do any better than the other people who are not on it. I am struggling with being bored with the food. Lastly when I look at how many calories I burn versus how much I eat I should be losing weight and some weeks I only lose half a pound. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated

So far the month of June has been really bad for me, long story short I found I had an ulcer and I was doing my best to stay on plan so I kept logging all my foods. could not work out at all but I'm back on track.. I take my data at the end of each week and really look at all of it and not just calories, I look at fat, carbs, make sure I am getting in all my exchanges and usually if I am not seeing a loss I can pretty much look at my reports and make a change for the next week that does see results. If however it is really stressing you out, take a break from it. There is something in the Body Media software that lets you just enter in averages, i think it's under "nutritional assessment" I have not used it yet but it looks like it's intended to be used if your not logging everything. I believe it bases your daily caloric intakes on your past data entry of the days you pick..  Maybe that's something that you can do. You could also just use it to measure your activities so you can see what you are burning, steps, etc. There's a lot of people who use it for just certain things.
