Anyone have any tips on how to kill my cravings?! I start the day out good, following the menu, but then things go haywire. Sometimes due to stress or other triggers, but sometimes, for no reason at all. I've tried taking a moment and talking myself thru it, but to no avail. I am able to get thru it maybe 2 out of 10 times, but the other 8 times.....chocolate wins. Any suggestions will be put to action! Thanks in advance for any help!!!

this may sound so silly and may not work if you are a man but if you buy lip balm that is scented with vanilla it will curve your sweet craving. Also extra came out with a sugarfree mint chocolate chip gum that REALLY curved my craving for chocolate. On hard days I can sometimes go through a pack but in the long run it is much better than eating a piece of chocolate cake.

i try some warm tea. It helps calm the tummy and keeps my hands busy. Good luck

Check out this website. It explains what your body needs when you crave something. If you are craving chocolate, you need magnesium. I see a naturalpath for hormonol balance. I just saw her last week and she told me to start taking magnesium and said that this is something that most American women aren't getting enough of.
