So far I'm doing okay food wise. Some of the foods I have liked and others I'd rather not try again (I'm thinking that I'm going to stick to chicken and vegetarian dishes).
Next week I am traveling to a conference for work. I won't neccessarily have access to a refrigerator or microwave (I guess that nicer hotels expect you to eat out). I know that several of the people I am with eat healthy so I don't expect too much peer pressure to make "bad choices" eating out, but I could use some tips from people who travel frequently. I plan to bring cereal or breakfast bars. I will have access easy access to a mall food court and several chain restaurants for lunch. I welcome any suggestions for food choices or things to bring along from those of you with more experience
