I wonder if I need to be at a higher calorie count for maintenance. I was told 1500 calories (originally on 1200), but I burn about 2000-2300 per day. After a week of maintenance, I am already down 1.5 pounds even though I am eating the 1500 calories. I never thought I would say this, but I don't want to lose more weight.
According to Bodymedia, I should be consuming more calories for my activity level. I asked my JCC, but she wasn't sure. She was going to try to get more info for me. I think I am going to gradually add more calories although 2000 seems like a lot to consume after eating 1200 for so long.
