My consultant told me to put the chicken salad in another container, add some grapes and celery, and put it in the fridge the night before you want to eat it for lunch. Helps to get past eating out of a can, and SO good!

some people are too picky lol I only say I don't want the salad kits cuz I honestly couldn't keep it down. but if I can tolerate anything else I will for sure eat it!
if I was on any other diet I would never get to eat this good of food with so much variety.
my consultant also told me to try not to switch out too many foods cuz its part of the nutrition for that day.

I miss the hot turkey with stuffing dinners. Wish they'd bring that one back. Paramsean(sp?) Chicken is my favorite.

I really don't like the turkey burger. I know a lot people love it but I thought its more mind over matter. I ccan't stomach ground chicken or ground turkey meat. I do not like any of the shelf staples other than the rotini & meatballs. Those I don't mind. The frozen foods are mostly ok.

wow we are all so different! I LOVE the cheese curls popcorn...i need my salty chrunchy fix! I'd love some pretzels that aren't mustard flavored. i do not mind the anytime bars.

My hated food list is so long but I'll try to make it MOST hated.

Zesty tortellini soup- gag city
ALL salad kits- does anyone eat these?( i see 1)
Anything with beans- yuck

I have to admit I dont vary much in my choices to to the beans...and eggs...so I havent tried a lot of the items...and I dont plan on it.

I've tried the pasta's and while not a huge fan they are better than some.

turkey panini....so gross, catfood/spam on bread...soupatizers..
I only do the frozen foods. The canned salad kits, also like catfood and smell terrible!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the French toast.....couldn't live without it. WIsh they would bring back the turkey, loved that too. Also like the mesquite chicken.

I can't stand , Chicken Tomatillo, any of the soups , actually almost anything that is put in that weird microwavable tin because it tastes like plastic and metal once you've cooked any of the food. The travel meals are mostly forgettable except the Southwestern Chicken with Rice and Swedish Meatballs.
I wish they would bring back the Chicken Pesto Pasta , and Barbecue Chicken Pizza ,and Penne Pasta.

My not so favorite list includes all of the suitcase lunch and dinner items. I have issues with the non refrigerated foods... too much like Nutrisystem food. Everything else I can deal with.
