I am in Northwest Phoenix but am on vacation in WY now. Rejoined JC due to health. I probably should lose 60 lbs but I am starting with 40 lbs to lose.

Hi! I am in New River, but go to Desert Ridge usually once a week so my son can hang out there with his friends from our old neighborhood. I usually end up walking around the stores aimlessly trying to fill my time because it's a pain to drive back and forth! Maybe we can meet up for some walking. I was just there for a couple of hours last night and counted over 4000 steps on my pedometer and burned about 125 calories. Yaaay!

I just started my food this week. I'm 48 and my goal is to lose 35 lbs.
