I am in week 3 and my progress seems to be slowing . During week 1 I lost 5.3 lbs and in week 2 I lost only .5. Now halfway through week 3, I don't see the scale moving at all. I am sticking to the program 100% and I am at the Gym or runnig on the track 5-6 days a week for at least an hour per. I wear a fitbit tracker and it says I am burning 2600-2700 calories a day while taking in 1400-1500 calories a day, so should be dropping weight.
