So I plan to go out to dinner on Friday for a family event. And I've already looked at the menu and figured out what I can get as my "Meal On My Own" but I'm not sure if that meal will just replace my Jenny Cuisine Dinner, or if I am supposed to cut out my snack and anytime bar or anything?
I'm on the 1200 calorie, so I get 4 meats, 2 starches, 1 vegetable and 1 fat. If anyone can help, that'd be great!!
Also, I am only 22 and like to go out to bars, so if anyone has tips on how to drink while on the program that'd be great too.
