dining out & confused - plz help

So I plan to go out to dinner on Friday for a family event. And I've already looked at the menu and figured out what I can get as my "Meal On My Own" but I'm not sure if that meal will just replace my Jenny Cuisine Dinner, or if I am supposed to cut out my snack and anytime bar or anything?

I'm on the 1200 calorie, so I get 4 meats, 2 starches, 1 vegetable and 1 fat. If anyone can help, that'd be great!!
Also, I am only 22 and like to go out to bars, so if anyone has tips on how to drink while on the program that'd be great too. smile.gif

hey - i drink on the diet and have lost 18 lbs in 10 weeks....I order vodka waters at the bars or a light beer....I limit myself to 4 drinks and only go out one night a week....If I drink more than that, then I just be sure to workout EVERYDAY the days after....and I had to really cut out the late night eating after drinking....i just chug water and go to bed ;) drinking is social for me and no matter how much i want to lose weight, if you tell me to stay at home when my friends are out - i wont be able to stick to the diet....
