Look at it as a lifestyle change and not a longterm diet.....it really gets easier the longer you do it, before you know it you have made changes that have become habits.

I know how you feel. This wasnt a great week but looking back in the past, it was a whole lot better then before. You got this girl...We are all here for you if you need help
