I've reached my 1/2 way goal (yay!), but have slowed down. I was zipping along at 2 pounds a week and then I hit the dreaded 150 . . . this is a weight I've gotten to before (not on Jenny), and gotten stuck at. I went to 149 and then went back up . . . and then back down. A week later, today, I'm at 148.6. Last week I followed Jenny to the letter - no outside anything. I even increased my walking to at least 1/2 hour a day. I know I'm psyching myself out, but it's amazing how truly anxious I am. My goal weight is 130 (I'm 5'5-1/2") so I know this is a very reasonable goal, but it's been about 18 years since I've been there, so it almost feels like an impossibility. There is no chance I will be going off my plan - I am committed to this process and actually really like it - the food's great, I'm rarely hungry, blood pressure's down etc. I just worry that my body likes being at 150 (is that possible??) . . . or maybe not and I'm just being crazy! Any advice/help/??!

I did the same thing it took a month to lose the last pound and a half,it was me slowing me down. Fear that I couldn't do it and then if I did then what. You are doing great keep on going and you are worth it. Your body may take longer but if you measure it in time the time will come either way so don't give up.
