Carrie I think you are one of the reasons I joined ,seeing that you took the step and what success you have had I am going into my 4th week and am down 5.6 lbs am hoping for at least 7 lbs this month. Thank you for being there for us. this support system is very helpful in our journey.

Carrie is one of the reasons I joined as well. She looks incredible 50 lbs. lighter! I joined 2 weeks ago and I've already lost 7 lbs. 6 ounces! She is around my age and I thought if she can do it, I can! Even with Menopause! Thank you for giving me the courage to reach out to Jenny!

Welcome, Red and SkinnyJe! We're glad to have you on Jenny and doing so well.
If you want to join the rest of us (some, like me, are in the "senior" category and passed menopause) but we come in all ages, shapes and sizes and we would love to support you all on your journeys as well. It sounds as if you're both are doing great!
Most of us "hang out" on the GENERAL forum so I hope we'll see you there to get support, get questions answered, join in on discussions and just take inspiration from each other.
