I am going to a Memorial Day BBQ and am in my 3rd week of JC. I am supposed to bring an appetizer and other than a veggie tray, does anyone have suggestions of good dips or other tasty but healthy options? I know I"ll end up grazing on things but if I at least bring something I know I can eat with less worry that will help a lot. thanks!

Sorry just saw this today. I am definitely looking for fellow members to share creative ideas. I think the food will become old pretty quick if we don't get creative.
Today I made a carrot salad to have with my turkey burger. I simply shredded carrots, and added a 6 oz container of chobani pineapple fat free yogurt. I added a quarter cup of raisins and one packet of truvia. Pretty good.
I also made tzatziki sauce. There are a million recipes on the Internet. I used fat free Greek yogurt, cucumbers lemon juice garlic and dill. I had it on grilled veggies last night and on my turkey burger today.
I really hope everyone continues to share I will definitely share anything I come up with!!
