Sorry JC, but you blew it on the sliders. Those things are not burgers! They have peppers in them! I don't mix peppers into my hamburger! At least label it for what it is: mini meatloaf-ish sliders. Can't you for once, just make a legit sandwich??? I'll just stick to WW Cheeseburger sliders when I get a major itch for a burger.

Totally disappointed!! angry.gif

The first time I got the slider I was OK about it with alot of doctoring up with ketchup, lettuce, tomato, etc. But I ate this for lunch yesterday the exact same way and all I could taste was peppers, I had to throw the thing away! It was terrible!

I agree. I tried the slider once - that was all it took for me to realize that it should never again grace my plate. Bleh. It was awful.

Agree, 'Rebecca', on the Sliders--a little less fillers, less peppers, and more beef would have made it!! biggrin.gif

I agree - I never add peppers to my burgers!
It made me think of meatloaf on a bun.

I agree with you too. I was hoping to just have a plain cheeseburger. Then people can add what they want.

Agree. I do not like the green pepper in them either. So far the only thing I have not liked.

So glad that I read this review before trying them. I'll save the time.

i have no complaints with the burger or the taste at all. My main complaint is the bun falls apart before you can even get it out of the package every single time.

There's definitely too much green pepper taste in the sliders! I bought three because I was afraid they'd run out. So far, I've only managed to eat one!

Agreed!!!! I LOVE EM!! One of my fav foods is a burger. This is NOT a Max & Erma's but it is sure better then nothing!! And WAY WAY better than the Nutrasystem version of a burger.....

Well, it looks like I'm in the minority here, I actually really like the slider and I order two every week. It's no burger, but it subs in well for me when I do want a burger. THAT BEING SAID, I completely have to agree with everyone on here, not a fan of the green pepper in the burger. I think it would be SOOO much better if there were no green peppers in it!

......just my two cents! :D

Bought a couple when they first came out. They were OK, but for the price, I think I'll stick to my old reliable Broccoli and Cheese Baked Potato with a little cottage cheese mixed in...not a BIG pepper fan but I understand why they felt they had to put them in. I take "weekends off" from JC so if I want a burger that's when I get it. :)
1st run at JC - started 31 July 2007 @ 170.4, down to goal weight of 140 in June 2008.

2nd JC run - returned 18 Mar 09 @ 158.4, currently 149.4 as of 15 Apr 09 initial goal 145, ultimate goal 140

I thought it was awful. I pretty much gagged when I took a bite. I will also be subbing in my own burger on the grill occasionally.

I personally LOVE the burger. I know it is not a burger like I would make...... but look where that got me??????
This burger lets me get my burger fix... I put lots of pickles and tomatoes on it to make it really tall. Then I munch on down... NUM NUM!!
