What meat do you add to your Sweet & Sour Chicken? I'm at a loss.

As far as I know you do not add any meat to it. It already has chicken

You are probably refering to the menus where it says "add one meat and vegetable serving." This is saying that with these items you should add an extra serving of meat other than what is in the meal. This doesn't have to be added to the actual dish. It could be adding a cheese serving to your salad, or egg to your breakfast, etc. Hope this helps.
