Hi and WELCOME!

It is best that you try all the foods, at least once. Then, you will know, in time, which foods, you do not like. I found that, with food selections, the items I might have 'poo-pooed' in the begininng, I now enjoy. Then, there are others I will absolutely not order. Everyone has different tastes, so arrive at your OWN conclusions. Who better to decide, better than you!
Liking what you are eating is half the battle!
Best wishes and much success on Jenny! smile.gif

I'm a newbie trying to become a loser too! Just wait until you have the French Toast. that was my first breakfast and it is going to be a favorite of mine! I have the Sunshine Breakfast Sandwich tomorrow. Looking forward to it! Good luck to you (and me!)

Ladies: You both mentioned two of my favorite Jenny Craig breakfasts! I was not much of a breakfast eater until my late husband, The Bear, forced me into it. Like many women, I thought that eating breakfast "set the table" for the rest of the day. In a way, that is true! It kicks your metabolism into gear, and you start burning calories. By skipping breakfast in the past, I was slowing my metabolism down. I didn't know that.

Anyway, as Joan says, every one has different tastes. Southernbelle: If you don't care for tuna, you don't have to have it! You can substitute ANY of the salad kits. Personally, I like both of the chicken salad kits! Initially, stick with the Planned Menus for best results. Once you have tried everything, you can start working on substituting entrees OF LIKE CALORIE COUNT for ones for which you don't care. I am not a big fan of any "bars," either for breakfast or snack. But, I have been around the program for 7 years, so I am comfortable making my exchanges. Jenny has 4 weeks of Planned Menus. Follow them. TO THE LETTER. You will be amazed at how well the weight will come off.

I am living proof.

I had my first breakfast today. Egg scramble. I switched days because there is a pot luck at work today and I wanted a lunch that I could easily bring with me. So I'm having the chicken salad and brought a fruit tray for my potluck item.

I really like that I can have my latte's and am not limiting foods.

Here's to success.
