Limited Vegetarian Choices- Solution?

I'm fairly new to JC, I'm on my fifth week, but I've read some postings on how limited food choices we have (trust me, if I eat one more lunch pizza, I'm going to hurl).
I'm on a 1,200 calorie diet, and so far I've lost eight pounds. Last week as I was ordering my food, I guess I sighed when we got up to lunches, because really there's only three choices, pizza, the potato, and an enchilada. So my JC pal (I'm not sure what to call them) suggested that I substitute some of my own foods for lunch, because if I'm already sick of the food, there's the chance I'll start going off the wagon.
So I took a look at the three lunches, and they all seem to be under 300 calories, but close to it. So I went food shopping today, and this is what I had for lunch:
A faux bologna cheese sandwich.
it had faux bologna, fat free American cheese, reduced fat mayo, some spinach and I had weight watchers whole wheat bread with a side of carrots. This was all about 220 calories.
So maybe ask your JC person if you can substitute some meals. I know I'm fine with everything else, but maybe there are other breakfast, lunch and even snack options you want to try!
WE CAN DO IT!
