The best advice I can give you is to take it slow and dont overthink the program. JC has done all the thinking for you, all you have to do is eat what is on your menu, drink your water and exercise.....thats it! If you do those 3 things YOU WILL LOSE!!!!
Overthinking will just overwhelm you and make you feel like you cant do this, when infact YOU CAN......many have and you can too
So settle in and enjoy the journey of a lifetime....the journey that will change your life for the better.

I'm 20 too! I just finished my first week on JC. It is super doable! I had a couple of rough patches over the week while my body was getting used to having "good things" in it, compared to the junk I usually eat. BUT I had read about it on the messages boards. Its nice to see that I am not the only person going through this. I'd start posting on here, everyone is really nice.
