I was given the eating out guide and in my opinion that was a waste, see most if not pretty much all of the different restaurants are not even in my area.

I found a book at books a million and that has just about every restaurant listed.

I was just wondering what book did you buy? Does it give nut. info? I would love a book like that.

There are a few good smart phone apps out there too. I know fat secret's app has a lot of restaurant food listed with full nutritional info.

Funny thing is I did not buy the book, did not have enough money at that time. Can't remember the name.

I got the dining out success guide, it's mostly all the franchised resteraunts and all of your big name. If you know ahead of time where you are going, most resteraunts have their menu and nutritional information listed. For example, I met a friend today at ninety-nine so I went and found them on the web and they have a complete nutritional guide on their website. For the most part, the dining out success guide has all the big name places.

I actually use it quite a bit, and even downloaded the iPad app because I find it so helpful.
