Hey all, I'm here in GA attending my guidance from the Northpoint location in Alpharetta. I returned here a few months ago, this time really working on the nutrition pieces and exchanges. The first time was in the program I did not learn about exchanges and did not learn about why I eat and what my barriers are. This time I'm doing it for me and learning about me and my choices.

I would love to join this group and support each other. I've got about 90 lbs. to work off so I expect to be here for a while. I'm in my late 40's.

Most of us post in the GENERAL section and then we're only as far as your keyboard.

So if you can't consistently find buddies in your home state or geographic area, come to the boards and let us support you just like the dozens of us who are supporting each other as we go through this journey.

Some of us are at goal, others are nearing the finish line and others still have a long way to go. But wherever we are on the journey, we're all here to support one another.

I'm also in Georgia (Cobb county) and would love to keep in touch. This is my second time around, too. The first time (about 6 years ago) I hit my goal and maintained for about two years. Then slowly but surely the numbers started creeping up again, and here I am back where I started! But like your screen name says, it really is a journey and I'm back to learn and try again. I have about 50 lbs to go and am in my early 30s. Feel free to send me a message anytime!

Hey there! I am in Cobb County, Georgia, too. I started about 2.5 months ago and have lost 19 lbs! I am loving it, but have about 50 more lbs to go so I need as much support as possible! :-)

Too funny! I started 2 months ago and have lost 18.4 lbs, 50.8 to go. Sounds like we're on the same track! I'd love to keep in touch and buddy up. I'm in Woodstock and will be starting again Monday. I need to lose 25-30 lbs. Did this back in 2006 with great success but gained it all back. I'm hoping to lose it all again and learn how to keep it off for good!!! I'm tired of having to start over so much!! I'm a bit concerned with the cost of the program this time since I am now a single mom and my budget is tight. But for now I'm ready to get started and get the weight off!!!

Hey Georgia people. Just went back to Jenny myself after about a year and a half to two years stated back about a month and a half ago and I really need some inspiration I'm really struggling with things around me and making good chooses . Need a supposed system to help them and maybe it will motivate me to do better too.
