! Is there anyone from Alabama who also is new, or fairly new, or maybe have done it for a while and want to get on this togheter.

I am from the Huntsville area and I'm starting next week. Look forward to some local support! I'm excited to finally get this extra weight off!!

I restarted JC three weeks ago and am down 6 pounds. Lost 30 pounds on the first go round and regained around 15 pounds. Freaked and ran back to get back on track. I dragged a friend of mine with me today and she joined, so now we can buddy up. We are going to the Spanish Fort Center in the East Shore shopping mall, here in southern Alabama. It is about 45 min from Grand Bay. If anyone wants to car pool (with the price of gas and all), we go Thursday mornings.

Hello......my food arrived today, so I'm officially starting tomorrow. I live in the Hoover/Birmingham, AL area. Would love some Southern buddies! I did this many years ago, but didn't really commit to it. I really love the new Body Bug (that is what they call it on Biggest Loser) so I'm hoping to be better this time. I am trying to reach out for buddies and utilitze my once a week counselor more than I did last time.

Hey, I am from the Huntsville area. I started JC this past January. I lost 12 pounds at first, then went on vacation and fell off the wagon and gained 4 pounds. But I'm back on the program and excited to chat with fellow Bama folks about their successes on the program.
