If you have Iphone or Itouch, I highly recommend two app's that are incredible! They are both made by the same company "Daily Burn" The first one I've been using for a while is called food scanner, you simply take your Iphone or Itouch and scan the product UPC code and voila.. all nutritional info at your fingertips, great for when you need to log something into your body media log! the other one is called "Meal Scan" I just downloaded it and it has a lot of great reviews so far.. you simply scan your meal, it takes a photo, analyzes it and gives you the calorie count and tells you what's in it.. I am skeptical, but like I said I have the other app from this same company and it's my favorite app!

ummm - what do you mean by "scan"? I just got an i-phone and use an i-pad but am not a big app person and have never scanned anything but these sound great. How does it work?

I downloaded the food scanner, but I'm not able to find the Meal Scanner on my iphone. How did you find it?

Thanks!
