This weekend I did well with a combo of Jenny food and grocery store food (once you reach half way its time to start incorporating outside foods).
I started this challenge at 198.2 on my home scale.
Today I weighed in (at home) at 196.0 !!!!!
Have been verygood with water since my last post.
Also, did LOTS of heavy yardwork over the weekend - it really got my muscles burning extra calories. Lots of lifting...
My work week is really easy - I bring lunch and snacks. Last night we went for a treat at Chipotle! Feels like cheating, but if you look in your dining out book you will find the best choices to make.
Due to schedule conflicts I am weighing in at night tonight :-( so the wieght won't look as good. However, next week I will be back to morning weigh in.
Have a great week everyone!
KAT - make sure that you take LOTS of fruit and veggies for your weekend. Also, allow your self a smal indulgence every day. That way you wont slide into a binge! Lite Beer or a wine with a small glass is a good way to measure if adult bevs are part of your weekend.
And don't forget - have fun!

I weighed in today at 212.6. A loss is a loss. I know I did everything right and I just have to accept that I lose slower now. As long as it all comes off, right?
I'm packed and ready to go to the cottage. This will be my last time posting until I get back which is next week Friday. I hope you all have an amazing week and stay strong!
Welcome Lolagirl!!
Thank you Weaselmama and Jacqueline for the tips while I'm away. I am so determined to keep on going. I don't care what kind of temptations will be there. I have to realize that they will be around no matter where I am. I have to "think" before I do and think whether or not it would even be worth it. I will concentrate on everything else. My family, my friends, my most favorite part of the night where I sit on the porch in darkness, listening to the crickets and frogs and the waves....this is where I do all my reflecting

K8B- I'm not sure where you are heading to the cabin but it sounds amazing. I too spend a week every year with my family at a lake house and my I love being the first one up out on the dock watching the sunrise with my hot mug of coffee as well as at night listening to the waves and the noises of nature. Water is my favorite element and something about it always, no matter if its a lake, ocean, river, or stream, always puts me at ease and makes me focus on all the wonderful things we have in our lives. Something that I so easily forget when I am back to the daily grind and city living. I hope you have a wonderful time away and believe in yourself to make healthy and mindful choices everyday!
I hope everyone else is having a good week and is looking forward to the weekend. I know I am. I have a great friend coming to town and we have a very active weekend plan that also involves wine and delish food, but again its about focusing on time with my friend.
What does everyone else have on the agenda?

Hope everyone is having a good week. I just wanted to report I weighed in at 151.2 this morning! Yippee. Here's to staying mindful and on track through my busy weekend ahead full of traveling with my best friends, yummy food and some wine. I have a plan in place to always remember to be mindful of my portions while at the same time enjoying myself. Does anyone else have big holiday weekend plans that will involve traveling and/or more food and drink than normal?
