Hi everyone!
I'm Sarah, 25, and getting married in less than 2 months.
I re-started Jenny Craig at the start of April and I have managed to lose 2 lbs (UGH!)

I really want to use the message boards to help motivate me but there are so many forums to choose from.

Need tips and friends!

Hey Sarah!

There is a lot to choose from! I'm actually getting close to the 2yr mark with JC and still loving it. This time last year I was down almost 65 pounds when I graduated from law school. I spent last summer inside and eating whatever was handy while studying for the bar and, by the time I got my results back, I had gained 20lbs back. BUMMER! Anyway, I am almost back to the 65lb loss (give or take another lb) and exercise regularly/stick to JC plan pretty strictly.

Hopefully, in the next couple of months, I'll get even closer. I have about 20 more lbs I would like to lose. Anyway, my email is gretakemp@yahoo.com. Just hit me up if you need to vent or talk or get motivated!

Congrats on your wedding!!!

Hi Sarah!

I also started in April and have lost 8 pounds so far. When I started I wasn't losing what I hoped, with school and everything I was gettind home pretty late and eating at 11 pm then sleeping because the day was draining. What really helped me was just actually doing every day some excersise. Always people tell you it's the key to losing weight but it seems like such a hassle. With excersise I lost 3 pounds in a week! And that really motivates me to do more excersise. Also, excersise helped my focus on my work because it gave me a lot of energy , so when I was tired and needed to study just went walking or to the gym and voila! My mind was much clearer and more relaxed. I imagine you must feel stressed planning the wedding so give exercise a try and you'll see it take that stress away or at least some of it and lose some pounds too.

Congrats on your wedding!

P.S. I also found that this cute thickers motivateme as well.

Take care!

Hi Sarah, I am 25 as well and just got married 5 months ago! I love 30 pounds in about 4 months for my wedding and have unfortunately gained all but 2 pounds back and am trying hard to get myself back down! Good luck with the wedding!

Just stick to it and you will be fine.

Hit me up if you have questions or want to talk, I know how frustrating it can be when other people are not your age and dont have the same struggles and dont understand a 20-something's struggles.
