I'm lucky enough to have 2 centers close to me, but one is closer to the condo I now live in with hubby. I LOVE my new consultant, and am happy that this was a benefit of my move!

Started Metabolic Max on 8/8/11- Best invention. EVER. This time, I'm getting to GOAL!

Yay for having a good consultant! I've only had mine two weeks but, so far, she's pretty awesome. Hopefully she doesn't go anywhere!!

Mine is Tracee.
Very nice, easy to talk to, quite willing to work with my finicky palate.
No complaints so far!!

Don't do that look how much weight you've lost so far; you absolutely are motivated. Unfortunately there are good and bad JCC's as in any business; call again and tell them how you feel; make sure they give you someone that you can count on. The people in customer service usually know better than anyone who is dependable since they take all the calls. Keep up the great work and don't let this stop you from getting where you want to be.

I had a similar problem. I am just starting my second week. My initial consultation was scheduled, I was so looking forward to it... and no phone call!!! Called Jennycare and they rescheduled me. I waited by the phone again, and still no phone call!! It took me two days to get a JCC to call me for my initial consultation. Very very frustrating and disappointing!! I had to postpone my start date. I have had so much trouble with my food order and with getting a JCC that will actually call me! I really wish there was a centre closer to me.
