i knew that my consultant Kristen was leaving, and was worried that i would have to get settled in with a new one. so when the phone rang, i was a little apprehensive. to my surprise, on the other end of the line was a guy named michael. A GUY! i was pleasantly pleased, as it is such fun to chat with guys some times. he is very knowledgeable on the program, and the MM. we talked for over 45 minutes! i can't wait till he calls again...good motivation to get out of this rut wink.gif

I do Jenny in the centre, but I have to agree with you that the consultant is a big deal.

I'm lucky enough to have 2 centers close to me, but one is closer to the condo I now live in with hubby. I LOVE my new consultant, and am happy that this was a benefit of my move! rolleyes.gif

well, i certainly found this fellow to be very engaging, knowledgeable, and easy to connect with. with the slump i have been in, he is just what i needed to remind me of my motivation wink.gif

Yay for having a good consultant! I've only had mine two weeks but, so far, she's pretty awesome. Hopefully she doesn't go anywhere!!

Mine is Tracee.

Very nice, easy to talk to, quite willing to work with my finicky palate.

No complaints so far!!

Well, I'm really bummed. I had an ok JCC, she liked to talk about herself ALOT, but I'm a good listener and never complained. Two weeks went bye and no phone call, I needed food so I called Jennycare ordered my food and requested another JCC. We agreed that I would get the next phone call today, and guess what no call. I'm so disappointed sad.gif Not feeling any support from the JCC's. I feel like quitting.

Don't do that look how much weight you've lost so far; you absolutely are motivated. Unfortunately there are good and bad JCC's as in any business; call again and tell them how you feel; make sure they give you someone that you can count on. The people in customer service usually know better than anyone who is dependable since they take all the calls. Keep up the great work and don't let this stop you from getting where you want to be.

I had a similar problem. I am just starting my second week. My initial consultation was scheduled, I was so looking forward to it... and no phone call!!! Called Jennycare and they rescheduled me. I waited by the phone again, and still no phone call!! It took me two days to get a JCC to call me for my initial consultation. Very very frustrating and disappointing!! I had to postpone my start date. I have had so much trouble with my food order and with getting a JCC that will actually call me! I really wish there was a centre closer to me. sad.gif
