Hi Girls!

Quick question. Does anybody know if the crystal light to go packets are ok for the JC program? They are sugar free and are 10 calories for one pack. You put one or half of one in a bottle of water to go. Is this considered a limited food item as well? Any clarification is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!!

Hi there. My name is Nicole and I'm a Program Director with J/C, I lost 50# on J/C 9 years ago and still keeping it off!!! Crystal light is completely free!!! If it gets you drinking your water...Drink away!! I also really enjoy Nestea and liptons 0- low cal drink mixes!!! There is also this thing called the Soda stream which carbonates your tap water and with crystal light in it it it's like Crystal light POP!!! It's wonderful!! Got my husband and brother both sucking back the water now!! I got mine at bed bath and beyond, not sure where else they can be bought but it was a wonderful $100 investment!!!

I've lived on Crystal Light and Mio (a liquid water flavoring that's great when you're out and you can easily keep it in your purse). My JCC knew I was doing it and was fine with it. It's the only way that I can get all of my water in with the SLIGHT chance of having Aquafina which I like - and is the only water I like.

There are also flavored waters out there and I do those on occasion. Some are plain and some are carbonated but I enjoy those as well.

Just keep drinking! You'll be amazed at what a difference it will make in how you feel and how you lose. (Oh, and it's great for your skin and hair too!) :)

Poland Spring also makes flavored sparkling water. I just ordered a variety pack of all flavors on Amazon. $42.99 with FREE shipping.
