Hi All,

We are getting married in October! I'm about 10lb from my goal weight!! That being said I'm starting to lose my drive with all the planning. I'm getting frustrated with my belly roll! It won't go away, my waist has shrunk dramatically, but I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP! Any ideas are welcomed.

Hi, I am not an October bride but was a February bride. Have you tried doing situps each night? On another note. I myself have started taking a Belly dance: fun and fitness class to help tone up muscles while I lose...and although I have just started it, I could tell it was defintly working . Might be something your interested in if you like to dance. Other than that, situps and other exercises that will work the stomach area.
