4/11/11: -1.6lbs : 8 week milestone, 20.8lbs & 17.5 inches gone since I started!
4/15/11: -2.6lbs
5/7/11: -3 lbs: 12 week milestone, 26.4 lbs & 21 inches gone since I started!

5/23/11: +2lbs....UURGGGGGG!!!

Hi!
I lost 1.2 this week! Didn't expect that so it was a nice surprise! I did not meet the challenge goal though - I only went to the gym that one time. I'm having some problems with my feet - so I went to a running store and had them evaluate me. They found a pair of sneakers that I think will help. Hopefully that will keep me going back to the gym!

Hi All,

I lost 1 pound this week and am pleasantly surprised since I ran out of food. Still haven't found a JCC. I've just been buying food and getting weighed by the clerk. I think I'll try and set up an appointment and will just see how it goes. If we don't click, I'll move on. So 1 pound loss, but not the mini challenge.

Week 7 results just in!


I still need WIs and challenges met from: Ladybug, Djanson and Dietmama for this week.

Here are the results - it sounds like none of us so far met this week's mini-challenge. You know what that says to me ladies? We ALL have a difficult time focusing on ourselves and our own needs rather than those of others - even for one week! Many of us were trying for the work/life/diet balance challenge...maybe we all set expectations a little too high this week? I'm not sure, but we need to find a way to make sure we are all as important in our own lives as everyone around us. This is the only body we get in life...let's treat it right!

This week's results include some fantastic weight loss ladies - great job to EVERYONE!!!

Oh, and I need to add one more IMPORTANT factoid:

In SIX WEEKS, we have COLLECTIVELY amongst the 8 of us lost 65 pounds during this challenge!!!

Wow ladies!

FANTASTIC jobs this week! So I had a low WI last Monday and truly focused on the challenge. I met my goal. I balanced my crazy home life and was able to do 5 intense workouts this week. Yahoo! I'm so thrilled. I haven't done 5 times in a week since I started. Hopefully it will all pay off in tomorrow's WI.

Hello Survivors! I was unable to get to WI on Saturday so have no loss to report this week. i was down modestly on home scale - but unable to give an official total. angry.gif

I feel i did very well at balancing all the meetings, off program eating, etc last week but didn't make my balance ball challenge - started off the week well but just sat on it a couple days towards the end so it was not quite as I had envisioned! Very interesting indeed that so many of us had difficulty with this week's challenge!

I am really hoping salt was a factor with sluggish results on the scale - eating off program it is hard to avoid. My centre is open on Saturday during Easter weekend so will just wait until then. I stopped by a different centre on my way home from work tonight to buy a few things to tide me over - want to be as on program as possible after 2 weeks of not, and very little weight loss as a result. But not zero either, and for that i am grateful. smile.gif
