danielle1974 - Zumba is a great option for calorie burn. I was doing Yoga in a Fishers studio, liked it but I live about 30-35 miles north of there and had to make a real effort to get to a class. I have two teen boys who are very busy right now in baseball.

Wk 12 +0.6 I think I see a trend every 4 weeks...
Wk 13 -1.9 (25 pounds lost!!!)
Wk 14 -2.5 (Celebrating my halfway goal!!)
Wk 15 -2.8 (30 pounds gone!!!)
Wk 16 +.8 (Vacation, not too bad)
Wk 17 -1.3
WI 18 -5.0 (Off track due to unexpected surgery, back on program)
