Limited Foods????

I'm new to JC and I am wondering about these limited foods. My consultant said to eat limited foods if I"m hungry, but I look at the list and condiments or a quarter-cup of fruit aren't going to help my hunger. Can I use a laughing cow light wedge that is 35 calories as a limited food? What else can we use? Thanks in advance!!

By no means an expert - but you can definitely use Laughing Cow as a limited free.
I know the lists of limited frees don't seem like much but when you're hungry in the afternoon and you want to grab a piece of fruit on the limited free list, it does help you push through until dinner!
The hunger disappears really quickly for some people once you adjust to the portion size and menu.

i am mariee-
laughing cow is ok. may suggest low fat yougart? varoius flavors plus add fruit if so desire. this works for me. menber since late nov 2010. i wish you a life time of good heath and eating habits. if you fall off the program- just start a new the next day. my mind set - remenber a new life in how you eat!

Your two fruits a day is considered a part of your menu. The additional fruit is limited free. So yes you can have five free. But remember that salad ressing is also a limited free so that reduces the amount of fuit you can have. For example if you have salad dressing with lunch then you can only have two additional fuit per day.
Jerry, My Jcc has told me that anything under 40 calories can be considered a limited free.
