At times caring for children and my husband can become overwhelming, and there's never enough time to even think about my daily needs so nutrition is deffinitly out the window for me. However I'm going to do something about it today, and this is my first start. biggrin.gif

We're all here for you! I know you and I are just at the beginning of our journey but take inspiration from all of the people on here who have had so much success and know that you're worth it and you can do it too! It may take some getting use to for your kids and hubby and even yourself when you start doing things for you but it'll work itself out and you'll all be happier (AND HEALTHIER!) in the long run. Habits and behaviors are hard to change but take it one day at a time and know that you're not in this alone smile.gif
