Hey there 30-somethings! biggrin.gif

I just want to thank everyone for sharing their tips and success stories. This is my 4th day of my first week and I am really excited about the program so far and reading all of the posts are kicking my motivation into overdrive! laugh.gif

I turned 30 about 6 months ago and am about to have my divorce finalized so it's time for a new direction and a new me! I'm ready to put in lots of hard work and I can't wait until it starts to pay off!

It's true... a journey of a 1,000 miles starts with a single step.

Good luck to all of us! biggrin.gif

Ladies: I am living proof it can be done. And, I did this over age 55 (I am now 64). I came back in September because life got in the way, and I gained 36 pounds. I am 2 pounds from goal (again), and I know that whenever I need to get a few off, I can come back. My new rule is 5 pounds. If I get up 5 pounds - back on Jenny food for a few weeks.

The most important thing is to focus on the menu - eat what is in front of you on the menu, and START MOVING! I started walking, and kept increasing the intensity. I now do Billy Blanks' Taebo and did his Boot Camp eaerlier this week. Given that the participants he has in his videos are no more than 30, I felt pretty good keeping up!

Welcome. Let us know if there is anything with which we can help!

LOVE, JILL
Started 1/5/04 - weighed 282.8
5/24/04 - 216.2 HALFWAY!
5/21/05 - 164.6

Fresh Start 9/6/2010 - 205.8 Goal: 170 (being realistic)
April 4, 2011 - 170 GOAL!!!!!

Hello...

I started JC 3 days ago. The program is manageable and the food is delicious. I have been on every "diet" known to man and I can see myself staying on this program for a long time because it's convient and the consultants are extremely helpful.

Keep in touch!
