The last two weeks I've created my own menus.
The first time I counted the calories and adjusted and/or swaped out as needed...this week I just picked items I liked and haven't checked the calorie count for the day.

Is this ok and what do you do???

Yes it is okay. I have always done the personalized menu and have lost weight consistently.

I always personalize my menu... If I didn't Jenny probablly wouldn't work for me.... So yes I eat the triple chocolate cheese cake every night and I still loose weight, I love it! Even before they had the personalized menu I would change half of the meals on there cause I'm picky smile.gif Good Luck to you!

I too don't think I could stick to it if I could not choose. I eat triple chocolate cheesecake every night as well and loose weight!! Gotta luv it!

Thank you ladies! I had a bad week...pretty sure I will show a gain tonight at weigh in. Going back to square one and not try to do too many meals on my own. Stick to the plan. I always get to a certain number on the scale and don't go any further I think it's just become a mind game for me when I get here. If I can get past this I know I can keep going. Why is this so hard??? UGH...

BTW...love reading all the encouraging posts...all you are amazing!!!
