l am on my 4th day and it is hard you have to adjust to the different kinds of foods that you are on but it sounds like you just hit a rough patch so put your head up high and say l'm not a quitter and l can do this. You sound like you have confidence so go for it l'm rutting for you

One day at a time. When beginning a totally new lifestyle, it takes some time and effort and especially, committment, to get going. Keep trying and it will fall into place. Place yourself first, life is going to happen, either now or later. Set small goals, like three days on, or a week on. Be surprised when your body adjusts and suddenly you are on your way. My best wishes--keep on trying, you are most worth it. smile.gif

One thing that has helped me was to stop using the preplanned menus. I do not care for any of the shelf stable foods. I ate them, but I didn't like them. Now I absolutely love everything that is in my freezer so I have no reason to go off-plan. Next time I may even choose cheesecake every night! And STILL lose weight! Have the foods been an issue for you?

Hi Deb, do you order at a center or are you a JC at home client? I'm not a fan of the shelf stable foods either and order mostly frozen, except for breakfast.
