Consultant Instability

I have been a JC direct client since October 2010 and I have been so fortunate since this past month to have the same JC consultant. Unfortunately, my JC consultant moved to a centre to pursue another career with JC and upon transfer I have again been passed along as a result of a consultant leaving JC. I'm quite concerned with the attrition rates at which JC consultants seem to experience. I have in 1 month had to switch 3 times as a result of JC consulant's leaving their jobs. I am a huge supporter of encouraging people to pursue opporunities; however, the rate at which JC consultants seem to move out of their jobs seems to suggest the corporation perhaps should examine this issue to determine to what extent they can minimize and stablize JC consultant's job satisfaction. If it is money, which I suspect it may be related to salary as call centre positions are usually entry level positions, I would suggest that Nestle examine the direct relationship between client satisfaction and JC consultant satisfaction and perhaps pay consultants relative to their importance with the program. The menu is the no brainer part of the weight loss journey...it is the JC Consultant that makes the difference with respect to feeling supported and making the mind transfer towards change in one's life. Thank you and I hope this issue is placed as a high priority by the corporation.
