Hi,

I have been a JC direct client since October 2010 and I have been so fortunate since this past month to have the same JC consultant. Unfortunately, my JC consultant moved to a centre to pursue another career with JC and upon transfer I have again been passed along as a result of a consultant leaving JC. I'm quite concerned with the attrition rates at which JC consultants seem to experience. I have in 1 month had to switch 3 times as a result of JC consulant's leaving their jobs. I am a huge supporter of encouraging people to pursue opporunities; however, the rate at which JC consultants seem to move out of their jobs seems to suggest the corporation perhaps should examine this issue to determine to what extent they can minimize and stablize JC consultant's job satisfaction. If it is money, which I suspect it may be related to salary as call centre positions are usually entry level positions, I would suggest that Nestle examine the direct relationship between client satisfaction and JC consultant satisfaction and perhaps pay consultants relative to their importance with the program. The menu is the no brainer part of the weight loss journey...it is the JC Consultant that makes the difference with respect to feeling supported and making the mind transfer towards change in one's life. Thank you and I hope this issue is placed as a high priority by the corporation.
M.

M, I understand where you're coming from as I'm having the same problem at my center. In the past five weeks, I've been seen by 4 different consultants, one of whom has quit. Being passed along like that makes it hard to connect with the program. If it wasn't for this forum, I don't think I would have been half so successful. While it's not ideal, I suggest posting more often to the forum and/or calling Jenny Cares until your consultant issue gets sorted out.

I've experienced the same at my center with being passed around from one Consultant to another. What really ticked me off was I would make a point of making an appointment with a specific Consultant only to get switched to someone else (normally someone new who was literally a waitress taking my food order). I have seen everyone at my Center at least once (except the newest person) and have yet to make a connection. It's the most frustrating part of the plan as I expected a lot more from my Consultant and if I'd known it was just a meal delivery place I wouldn't have paid the up front fees and would have just bought Lean Cuisine on sale. Not sure what to do at this point ...
