Makes it so filling and I feel like it is something I would have at a restaurant!
I grill up some green peppers, onions, red peppers and mushroom's and pile it on!!

I do the same, Lin! And tons of red pepper flakes
I have never volumized the turkey panini, I will have to try!

I do same with my turkey one.. I also add a dash of Montreal Chicken.. which really gives it a lot of flavor w/out any added sodium. I do same thing with my turkey burgers and chicken sandwiches
