I have been doing JC since march 2008 and i'm still nowhere near my goal weight. For a long time I held steady in the low 200's, and now I'm holding steady in hte low 190's. I find myself picking from stress (kids, too much volunteering and a hubby that works crazy hours). I exercise 4-5x a week (Zumba, group training/weight lifting, cardio).

Anyone interested in being my online "buddy" that I can check in w/?

My ultimate goal is to get to 165 lbs, but for now, I'd like to just get into the 180's
