I found it worked for me to save the JC snack until later in the evening, usually after the kids went to bed, it was my treat at the end of the day.

There is really no need to feel scared.....let Jenny do all the thinking. All you have to do is eat whats on your menu, drink your water and exercise......and you WILL lose! It is really a simple plan to follow, but like Becki said....it will take time to adjust. Dont overthink it...just celebrate this time of your life, and enjoy the benefits of eating healthy....a long happy life!
