I live in Timmins, Ontario, Canada and am scheduled to recieve my first food shipment on Tuesday. Past experience with shipping here has not been great so am hoping I dont end up with a pile of melted food when it eventually arrives! The closest Jenny Centre is about 8 hours away so wish me luck. I am discouraged already reading some posts about shipping! maybe I will be lucky...hope so!

Well, you just have to hope for the best..it is still cold outside so hopefully that will help with the shipment. I know they do pack it in dry ice, hopefully they will add a few extra pieces of ice to yours. I am sure JC doesn't want to eat the cost of a bad shipment!

Hi,

I'm a Jenny Direct client and the packaging and the dry ice lasts about 12 to 15 hours before the frozen goods are compromised. The frozen items come in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice and I have yet to receive any shipment that is not still frozen and that was even when we had warm days in the fall of last year.

Hope everything goes well for you and all the best of luck with your weight loss journey!
M.
