WEEK TWO MINI-CHALLENGE:
On Survivor this week, the teams competed in an obstacle course challenge where they had to use different tools in their Craftsman toolbox to complete each leg of the course.
What are the "tools" in your weight loss "toolbox"?
If you want to compete in the Week 2 Mini-Challenge, pick ONE of the tools in your toolbox to focus on for this week, and post whether or not you complete this challenge Sun-Sat.
- BodyMedia armband wearers: Log ALL food everyday and hit your personal targets EACH DAY (Calorie deficit & activity)
- Meals on My Own people: Log ALL food everyday JC online or in a journal, ensuring you hit your target calories daily. Post at least ONE of your favorite JC recipes for the group to hear about.
- Other-Exercise: Tell us what your "go-to tool" is for exercise and amount of time, and commit to completing your goal for the week.
